Introductory Orientation and Sightseeing Tour of Prague.

This walking tour will cover the major tourist sights of the centre of Prague, and give you a good introduction to both the layout and history of the city. We'll take you by tram up the hill to Prague Castle and show you round the whole complex, including a visit to the impressive St. Vitus' Cathedral, which took over 800 years to build. After that, our guide would lead you down through the winding streets of the Little Quarter, once the haunt of Franz Kafka, before crossing the famous Charles Bridge to the Old Town. We'd walk with you around this historic centre of Prague, with its variety of architectural syles dating back to the middle ages. We'd finish in the Old Town Square, where Prague's famous Astronomical Clock tracks the movements of the stars and planets.
